Notice is hereby given that the 22nd AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce Company, Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Wednesday, 30 January 2019 at 18.00pm at the offices of Shannon Chamber, Suite 14, Shannon Airport House, Shannon Free Zone, Shannon County Clare, for the purposes of transacting the following business:

- To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2017
- Resignation and Nomination of Directors
