Fiona is a consultant and lecturer with expertise in change management, project management, knowledge management, leadership, strategy, design-thinking and enterprise innovation. She has a strong record of accomplishment in buildinglasting, positive client and key stakeholder relationships in both multi-national organisations and SMEs in Ireland, Italy and Spain.
Fiona currently shares her expertise with post-graduate students and professionals in leading Irish third-level institutions including Trinity College Dublin, University of Limerick and the UCD Professional Academy, and is supervisor for Masters students’ project management research papers. Her expertise in innovation is also leveraged as SME expert for theEuropean Commission in EDIH and Horizon Europe grant applications.
Highlights in Fiona’s career include driving a 400% turnover increase within 12 months for a multi-national organization in Italy, and managing SMEs in Spain. She has also managed the turn-around of a poorly performing SME in Ireland into the best performer in its sector within 18 months. Fiona is also a published author in project governance and reflective project management. Fiona also enjoys her role as facilitator, innovation consultant and mentor to new start-ups and SMEs forLocal Enterprise Offices and PAUL Partnership.
