WHY ‘EXPLORE’?

According to the EU (Cedefop, 2018) approximately 85% of all jobs will involve some form of digital process by 2020. Ireland lags behind our EU neighbours in the percentage of adults participating in lifelong learning programmes. Assisting employees to develop their confidence in using digital processes improves their competence towards meeting new job tasks while simultaneously enhancing a company’s competitiveness.
