Illaunmanagh Parkrun, a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event in which you can either walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate, starts tomorrow, Saturday, 26 March at 9:30am and will continue every Saturday.

The event takes place at Illaunmanagh (access road to Shannon Crematorium), Tullyvarraga, Co Clare

While participation is free, you must register before you first go along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.
