Spring has arrived and with it the Park Inn by Radisson at Shannon Airport has launched its new Blair Bar lunch menu, which will be available 7 days a week from 12.00 noon to 2.30pm.  This exciting new menu was unveiled yesterday by Head Chef Colm Chawke and offers a great lunchtime location with a mouth-watering menu to entice. Delicious starters, mains and gourmet sandwiches are flavoursome and wholesome using much-loved, fresh produce for all to enjoy.  Why not drop by for lunch one day soon.  You’ll be glad you did.
