The Return to Work Safely Protocol is a set of guidelines and measures that were developed by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and the HSE and overseen by the Department of Business and Department of Taoiseach. It applies to all organisations and all sectors and compliance with the Protocol is mandatory.
