Martin Noonan strengthens international expertise of growing team.
Leading business consultancy firm, member company of Shannon Chamber, LBSPartners, announced today that Martin Noonan has joined the company in a move to further expand its expert panel of consultants offering exceptional business improvement advice.
Martin brings a wealth of experience from more than 25 years working in demanding roles in international and domestic businesses. Having spent the last 18 months working as the Vice President of Operations for PCH International in Shenzhen, China, Martin played a pivotal role in the roll-out of efficiency, quality and sustainability programs to improve operational performance and profitability.
Previous to that, Martin worked with Bolgers in Shannon and Dell in Limerick. As Director of Engineering & Quality for European Operations, Martin led the Dell engineering and quality functions with responsibility for new product introductions, manufacturing engineering, safety, high level technical support, product quality and process quality. He led the lean initiatives to drive improvements across the company’s operations and managed the 6 sigma quality program evolution and deployment across marketing, sales, manufacturing, finance and HR.
