EQuita Consulting will deliver two high level, fully customised 90-minute masterclass sessions to members of Shannon Chamber. Mastering Culture and Cultural Intelligence

Identifying the stages of development of organisation growth and the opportunities and challenges that this poses for your organisation and its leaders. Managing the impact of cultural change is important for any business. This masterclass will provide an awareness of tools and techniques to analyse change and look at ways the leader influences the organisation and its culture through managing change and cultural intelligence.

This masterclass will introduce the participants to the latest thinking in dynamic change modelling through the V.U.C.A environment. Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. Understanding V.U.C.A in a change context and unlocking the 4 keys to being more persuasive in a changing world. Over 50% of all organisational change initiatives are unsuccessful not because of the outside pressure driving the change but because of internal organisational challenges. During a time of change, organisations need to take control of how the internal change process is implemented and to manage the process effectively through farsighted insight, integral vision, effective communications and managing the resistance to change.

Presenter

Margaret Considine is a vastly experienced Management Consultant who works with some of the major companies in Ireland and Europe assisting them in management development, negotiations, coaching, mediations and HR / employment complaints. Margaret has extensive experience in both private and public sector clients. Margaret is the author of six books, four textbooks on psychology and work, communication, Management Theory & Practice and strategic HRM and one coffee table book on the history of Carrick mines Croquet & Lawn Tennis Club. Her latest book is on Bullying and Harassment and she is currently writing a book on Strategic Negotiations.
