What’s The Purpose Of This Taster Session?
With many companies realising the benefits and productivity gains associated with onsite exercise facilities for their teams, this is an opportunity to see how easily such classes could be brought to your company, at a fraction of the cost and maintenance of gym equipment, held either in your existing space or facilitated through Shannon Chamber at the Gateway Hub.

Why Gentle Yoga?
Gentle Yoga is a more inclusive style of yoga, with an incredibly low practice injury rate, yet still a high-benefit, evidenced based physical exercise. With regular practice ,you will increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, circulation and learn a new set of skills to manage and reduce stress. Put simply, it’s a highly effective way to set the body and mind up for the day ahead or to have a good reset following a hectic morning.

Who Are We Looking To Attend?
HR, P&C, Talent Acquisition Lead decision makers, who are already actively looking to include or this pitch has triggered a serious curiosity for company funded yoga classes for your organisation, with the specific aim of enhancing the workplace health and wellbeing offerings to your teams.

Prerequisites & Items To Bring
