In response to members’ requests for a return visit by world-renowned guru on scaling up a business Verne Harnish, Shannon Chamber has organised a two-day ‘Scaling Up’ workshop, in association with Enterprise Ireland and with the support of Shannon Chamber Skillnet.
The workshop, which will be held in Dromoland Castle Hotel on 11 and 12 May, will focus on four key metrics against which a company needs to assess its performance: people, strategy, execution, and cash.
Verne Harnish, a best-selling author and renowned expert in business and entrepreneurship, will share tools to help businesses navigate the right decisions in each of these critical areas of business. CEOs and their senior executive teams will learn how to master the Scaling Up framework (Rockefeller Habits 2.0), which has already empowered more than 40,000 executives to overcome the barriers of scaling up.
