Limerick-founded AI manufacturing software company plans to create 200 jobs by 2028
LIMERICK, Ireland 7th July, 2026 WrxFlo, the Irish AI-powered software company helping large industrial manufacturers and logistics businesses transform their operations, has raised €3 million in funding. The round was led by Elkstone, with participation from existing investors Furthr VC and Enterprise Ireland, as well as a number of angel investors.
The investment will accelerate WrxFlo’s expansion in the UK and United States, drive continued development of its AI-powered SaaS platform, and support the company’s ambition to grow from 60 to 200 employees by 2028.
Founded in Limerick in 2019 by former Dell manufacturing leaders Tim Crowe (CEO), Ken Sheehan (CTO) and Jennifer Kelly (COO), WrxFlo replaces the disconnected systems, spreadsheets and manual processes that prevent manufacturers and logistics companies from operating at full potential, giving teams a single, connected digital platform and an AI-powered co-worker that helps them cut waste, anticipate risk and make faster decisions – from isolated insights to intelligence everywhere.
The investment comes on the back of very strong commercial momentum for WrxFlo, which has more than doubled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) and grown its customer base internationally. The company now supports manufacturing and logistics spanning five global markets, including Ireland, UK, Germany, China and the USA. WrxFlo’s platform has helped clients reduce operational costs by up to 40% and improve productivity by 25% across their production lines.
Manufacturing software is a rapidly expanding category as industrial businesses face mounting pressure to increase digitalisation. WrxFlo is positioning itself at the intersection of two powerful trends – the digitalisation of industrial operations and the practical application of AI to everyday operational decision-making. The global smart manufacturing market is projected to reach US$996 billion by 2030, according to MarketsandMarkets.[1]
Tim Crowe, co-founder and CEO of WrxFlo, said: “We built WrxFlo from first-hand experience of running complex manufacturing and supply chain operations. We’ve walked in the shoes of our customers. We know how frustrating it is when systems don’t talk to each other and teams have to chase data just to understand what’s happening across the operation. WrxFlo connects those systems, applies AI to the data, and gives teams a digital co-worker that helps them remove waste, spot risks earlier and focus on the work that actually creates value.
This funding marks an important milestone. We are seeing strong demand from manufacturers looking to harness AI in practical, measurable ways – and with the backing of Elkstone, Furthr VC, Enterprise Ireland and our wider investor group, we are well positioned to accelerate our international growth.”
Niall McEvoy, Head of Venture at Elkstone said: “We are delighted to back WrxFlo at this exciting stage of its journey. Manufacturers and logistics operators are under intense pressure to do more with less, yet many still rely on disconnected legacy systems and manual processes. The WrxFlo team brings rare, genuine operational experience together with a powerful, flexible platform that deploys quickly and adapts to each customer. We believe WrxFlo is poised to become a category-defining company in AI-enabled operations software.”
Richard Watson, Managing Partner at Furthr VC said: “Having backed WrxFlo since their first round in 2022, we’ve seen this team consistently deliver on what they set out to do. They combine deep operational expertise and credibility with a platform that solves a real, expensive problem for manufacturing and logistics companies. Following-on in this round was an easy decision – WrxFlo has the team, the product and the market timing to be a leader in this space, and we’re proud to continue supporting their strong and accelerating international growth.”
