Sixmilebridge National School
Sixmilebridge National School currently has 400 pupils on roll. We have a staff of 21 teachers which is complemented by our SNAs, secretary, caretaker and cleaners. This school team is supported by an enthusiastic Board of Management and a vibrant Parents’ Association. In the school, one of our key aims is to instil a spirit of community and a sense of belonging among the pupils and staff. To do this we focus on our own school community and on building links with the broader community in Sixmilebridge. The school year starts with a Mass to which all classes contribute. The school is constantly evolving. Through that evolution we need to build upon the things that have always been good in the school – this can best be achieved by building our sense of community!
