Again this is suitable for individuals and groups. The mindset of Enron (collectively as a company) is known to have been the reason for the collapse.
Transition/Change – Individuals and groups. For people who may be preparing to leave the work environment, those who may have been transferred to a different department and finding it hard to adjust, Promotions, etc. And in that transition I also prepare people for retirement as this can be a massive wrench for people who have had a meaningful position.
