Join Pauline McDonogh, Resource Efficiency Officer with the Southern Region Waste Planning Office on Thursday September 26th at 3pm.
During this one hour workshop Pauline will:
- Set the scene on the challenges facing Ireland to reach our collective recycling, reuse and prevention targets & how you can help;
- Explore the resources that are available via MyWaste for all companies to implement a separate collection of all waste streams;
- How to manage waste effectively and communicate results;
The workshop will also explore some challenges Shannon Chamber Members may be considering such as :
- Becoming “Zero Waste to Landfill”;
- Developing an internal “Circular Economy” programme
- Using your data to report & communicate successes.
About Pauline McDonogh:
Pauline McDonogh works for the Southern Region Waste Planning Office. She is an Environmental Scientist with over 25 years’ experience in environmental auditing, developing waste management projects and communicating on sustainability initiatives particularly in relation to waste. Pauline has worked in the UK as well as Ireland. Pauline’s current role is to develop, co-ordinate and deliver circular economy activities based on the focus areas of the National Waste Management Plan for the Circular Economy.
