Joanna Murphy leads a globally unique job creation initiative, ConnectIreland, which emerged from the Global Irish Economic forum in 2011.

Joanna is keynote speaker at a luncheon event in Dromoland Castle Hotel on Thursday 25 February. This event  has been arranged to encourage more people/companies to seek out new investment for Ireland and be rewarded by ConnectIreland for doing so.

Joanna has agreed to extend her visit to lead a special ‘networking’ evening for Women In Business which is open Shannon Chamber members and non-members.

Her wealth of entrepreneurial experience was gained through founding and successfully running two companies in the construction and civil engineering space, prior to joining ConnectIreland. This involved a lot of proactive business networking. Joanna is a business development specialist and has catapulted ConnectIreland’s brand engagement and extended its reach through strategic partnerships with leading global organisations.

Joanna leads ConnectIreland’s international marketing growth and strategic vision.  She has brought energy and passion to the leadership team since joining the company in 2013.  She joined initially as Project Manager and within three months was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Shannon Chamber is delighted to host this networking event, led by Joanna. It is an ideal opportunity to for women in business meet like-minded people in Durty Nellies.

Events which are cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the agreed cost.
