With the changes to existing legislation, new Acts being introduced and the sheer volume of case law, it can be extremely difficult for any Organisation to keep on top. This is coupled with increasing industrial unrest and ongoing discussions regarding pay.

Our breakfast briefing will seek to cover a wide range of topics which will include:

  • Trends in HR for 2017 – exploring the key HR challenges facing businesses over the next 12 to 24 months and how to best now prepare to meet these challenges
  • The Employment Law Landscape 2017 – what to expect in terms of changing employment legislation, case law, the WRC & future developments in this ever increasing area of complexity
  • Industrial Relations Trends – with significant challenges being experienced by businesses, how to prepare and navigate through the IR machinery from the challenges in pay talks, collective bargaining rights and disputes
  • 2016 – what you may have missed but the team in Adare Human Resource Management didn’t

Time will be allocated throughout and at the end for Q&A. An information pack with information will be available at the briefing.
