Description
- Are you looking to upskill your staff and, in the process, improve your competitiveness?
- Are you an SME owner or a manager in a multinational industry who seeks to achieve continuous improvement in your internal systems and eliminate wasteful processes?
- Or perhaps you’re a HR practitioner, operational manager and team leader who has heard about the concept of Lean methodologies but are wondering if they might be relevant to your employees?
If the answer is YES to any of the above, then you should mark down a Breakfast Briefing at Shannon Airport House, Shannon Free Zone on July 19 from 7.30 – 9.30 in your diary as an unmissable event.
Shannon Chamber is organising this briefing in conjunction with Limerick-based LBS Partners, who are experts in the field of Lean methodologies, tools and best practices.
A local company that has implemented Lean concepts to significant effect will also relate their experiences at the event.
LBS Partners will give details of the White, Yellow and Green belt training programmes featuring the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma they plan to organise as part of the Chamber initiative. Combining workshop training sessions and in-company mentoring support, these programmes can also lead to participants receiving formal certification from the University of Limerick.
Firms wishing to upskill their workforce by enlisting employees for the forthcoming Lean programmes may also receive funding support through Shannon Chamber Skillnet.
This is a free of charge event
