Notice is hereby given that the 24th AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Wednesday, 09 December 2020 at 16.00pm for the purposes of transacting the following business:
Agenda
- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 28 January 2020
- To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019
- Summation: Stephen Keogh, President
- Resignation and Nomination of Directors
- To consider any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting
