Notice is hereby given that the 28th AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Wednesday, 11th September at 9am and will take place in Shannon Chamber’s boardroom, Shannon Airport House, Shannon, Co. Clare for the purposes of transacting the following business:

- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 14th June 2023
- To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023
- Summation: Eoin Gavin, President
- Resignation and Nomination of Directors
- To consider any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting
