Notice is hereby given that the 27th AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Wednesday, 14th May 2023 at 09.00am and will take place in Shannon Chamber’s boardroom, Shannon Airport House, Shannon, Co. Clare for the purposes of transacting the following business:

- To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2022

- Resignation and Nomination of Directors
