Notice is hereby given that the 25th AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Thursday, 02 December 2021 at 09.30am for the purposes of transacting the following business:
Agenda
- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 9 December 2020
- To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2020
- Summation: Stephen Keogh, President
- Resignation and Nomination of Directors
- To consider any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting
