Notice is hereby given that the 23rd AGM of Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as Shannon Chamber, will be held on Tuesday, 28 January 2020 at 17.30pm at the offices of Shannon Chamber, Suite 14, Shannon Airport House, Shannon Free Zone, Shannon County Clare,  for the purposes of transacting the following business:

Agenda

  1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 30 January 2019
  2. To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2018
  3. Summation: Mary Considine, President
  4. Resignation and Nomination of Directors
  5. To consider any other business proper to an Annual General Meeting

 

EGM

Notice is also hereby given that the AGM will be preceded by an EGM, which will commence at 17.00pm.

The purpose of the EGM is to ratify a new Memorandum and Articles of Association for Shannon & District Chamber of Commerce, Company Limited by Guarantee.
