Triona Walsh, Senior Associate Solicitor in the Defence Insurance Department of Holmes OâMalley Sexton Solicitors, will deliver a workshop covering âRisk Management in the Workplaceâ.
This workshop will provide insights into the claims process and will include a case study, exploring practical examples of how to minimise the exposure to claims, and the ensuing increased premium costs. The workshop will also feature industry insights and will outline practical measures that can be taken to minimise the risk of exposure to personal injuries claims and assist in the defence of the such claims where they arise.

TrĂona Walsh is a Senior Associate Solicitor
TrĂona specialises in defence insurance litigation which encompasses road traffic, employerâs liability, product liability and public liability cases, and also undertakes personal injury defence litigation work for private clients. TrĂona also deals with recovery cases for commercial clients and acts on behalf of a number of international clients.
TrĂona frequently advises our clients on matters relating to insurance and indemnity, health and safety, road traffic, defamation, water and sanitary services and housing related disputes. TrĂona is experienced in relation to all matters pertaining to insurance law, civil procedure and common law as well as on statutory rights and duties. TrĂona also has experience dealing with, and making, requests under the Freedom of Information Act and Data Protections Acts.
