Join us for a comprehensive review of Revenue’s new Compliance Intervention Framework which will replace the current Revenue Audit Code of Practice, as keynote speakers from PwC will unravel the changes in the new Code and enable you and your business to be prepared for a Revenue intervention. In this session we will:

  • Provide an analysis of the main changes and what they will mean for taxpayers;
  • With our comprehensive experience of Revenue interactions, advise on the key areas of focus and risk in practice, and how best to prepare for possible Revenue interventions in light of the changed Code;
  • Focus on topical updates to the main tax heads such as Corporation Tax, PAYE and VAT;
  • Advise on the updated Code of Practice in relation to the employment status of contractors, which continues to be an area of challenge with a broader interpretation earmarked by the Code.
