The MÓR™ Benchmarking Model is a tool that you can use to set up and manage your Lean strategy and measure progress of your Lean journey. Cook Medical have utilised this benchmarking tool since 2017 to monitor and manage their CI Lean journey and will present an overview of its application within their business. Presenters
Teresa Prendergast – Director Of Quality Assurance, Cook Medical
Teresa joined Cook in 2008 bringing ten years of experience from the chemical industry. She joined Cook initially as Quality Control Supervisor, moving to Quality Control Manger in 2014. In 2018, Teresa took up the role of Continuous Improvement Manager where she was responsible for implementing a continuous improvement framework and long-term CI strategy and in 2020, Teresa became Director of Quality Assurance where she now oversees the Quality function.
Clare Cook – Continuous Improvement Manager, Cook Medical
Clare joined Cook in 2014, bringing with her 10 years of experience from quality control. She joined Cook initially as a Microbiologist, moving to Quality Control Supervisor in 2015. In 2020, Clare took up the role of Continuous Improvement Manager where she is responsible for CI strategy and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Carla DiBenedetto – Senior Human Resource Manager, Cook Medical
Carla joined Cook in 2005 as Human Resource Business Partner supporting field based employees across Europe. In 2012, she moved into the role of HR Manager for Cook Ireland and Cook Medical Europe, before moving to Senior Manager, Human Resources, Cook Ireland in 2019 where she is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs, and supporting 700 employees at Cook’s manufacturing site in Limerick.
