Shannon Chamber and Mid-West Lean Network are delighted to announce upcoming The Lean Made Simple Tour which will be hosted at Seating Matters in Limavady, Northern Ireland.

Whether you have an interest in finding out more about Lean or want to take your Lean journey to the next level this is the tour for you.

On this tour you will visit departments from the office & factory with a focus on ‘Learning to See Waste’ in every process, how the team recognise the waste and eliminate it. This tour is lead by our Lean Leaders and is aimed at companies at all levels of their Lean journey.

Duration: from 7.45am until 11.15am 

Safety requirements: PPE will be provided. Please bring a pen, a notebook and an open mind!

We will be gathering bookings via our website and if you are interested to join this tour please book online. 

Please note: tour host recommended to arrive on the night before and we will share recommendations for accommodation after your booking online is approved. We also will schedule a call with all participants to discuss travel arrangements and will recommend to car pool where possible.
