The Mid-West Lean Network has developed considerably since its formation in November 2016. There are now in excess of 130 member companies in the Network, deriving benefits from the over 49 Lean-focused workshops and 5 conferences held to date.
This year’s theme, “Lean Thinking Across the Organisation – Empowering Every Level” highlights the importance of applying Lean principles not just at the top, but throughout all levels of an organisation. It emphasises building a culture where every employee, from front-line workers to executives, is engaged in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and value creation to drive efficiency and innovation.
