This session will cover the upcoming Auto-Enrolment (AE) pension regime starting in 2025. Brian Sullivan Director Director of Wealth & Mark O Connor Head of Corporate Pensions Risk Manager at Bank of Ireland, will guide employers on how to prepare for AE, which introduces mandatory retirement savings for employees through a new State-operated system. AE will significantly impact compliance, operations, and costs for businesses.
