Facilitator – Reward & Recognition:
Oliver Coakley is a Senior HR/Reward Executive with over 25 years’ experience operating within highly matrixed global businesses. Oliver has a passion for designing, implementing and leveraging Reward frameworks to support companies with ambitious growth plans and high performance cultures.
He has extensive experience with executive and broad based compensation and benefits programs across Europe, North America, APAC and LATAM as well as extensive experience in leading Rewards M&A due diligence and integration.
Our Roundtables will be held in the Shannon Chamber from 10am to 12pm on 25th April.
