– Maria Frost, Vice President HR, Engine Lease Finance Corporation

A business degree graduate from the University of Limerick. Maria also holds a MSc in Human Resource Management and a Specialist Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance.

Maria is an experienced HR professional with broad experience within the Aviation Leasing and Semi – Conductor industry.

She currently manages the global HR function in ELF, with offices located in Shannon, London, Boston and Hong Kong.

 

– John Kennedy, Head of HR Organisational Development, IarnrĂłd Éireann

Starting as an apprentice fitter / turner with CIE in 1983, John progressed to work as a craftworker in small engineering workshops in Dublin before returning to Iarnród Éireann in 1990. Commencing an undergrad in Personnel Manager & Industrial Relations in NCIR 1994, John commenced a position with HR in 1996, graduating in 1998. John worked in various roles within Iarnród Éireann before taking a position as Works Manager in the Engineering Works in Inchicore in 2007 and during this time John completed an MSc in Lean & Sig Sigma Quality Management. In 2010 John took up the Head of HR role in the Infrastructure Dept of Iarnród Éireann before moving over to his current role of Head of HR Organisational Development in 2017, where John leads HR technology and work related programmes to support the HR and people functions of Iarnród Éireann.
