Joined Beckman Coulter Ireland 5 years ago as HR Manager and has since progressed to HR Director responsible for Beckman Coulter’s strategic Clare Site, EU Operations & Global Logistics & Distribution. Prior to joining BEC Karen lived in New York for 20 years working at MUFG/Union Bank for 13 years where she was HR Director, head of HR for the Corporate and Investment banking division of the Americas.

Gary Neville 

With nearly 20 years of experience as a creative brand strategist, Gary is a Certified Employer Brand Professional and founder of Neptune Brand Consultants. With a goal to help organisations build their brand from the inside out. Gary specialises in the niche area of Employer Branding, supporting Talent Retention / Attraction Strategies and Sales Enablement strategies to increase Sales / Growth.
