Kathleen is a Senior Sustainability Specialist in Enterprise Ireland’s Business Expansion and Sustainability Solutions Department. Kathleen works with Enterprise Ireland client companies to adopt and embed sustainability best practice through a range of supports, including webinars and workshops, advisory, training and capital grants.
Dominic Schone
Senior Executive, Enterprise Ireland
Dominic Schöne works in Enterprise Ireland's Sustainability Department, where he develops and scopes industrial decarbonisation projects with manufacturers, supporting them in accessing state-aid funding for their green transition.
Prior to Enterprise Ireland, Dominic held a number of FDI roles at IDA Ireland spanning technology, engineering, climate-tech, and industrial decarbonisation.
Dominic holds a BA International, and MSc in Strategy, Innovation & Management from University of Galway, a Postgraduate Certificate in Climate Entrepreneurship, and is currently undertaking a part-time PhD in Business Strategy at University of Galway.
Theresa Mulvihill Killeen

Theresa Mulvihill Killeen is a Senior Enterprise Development Officer with Local Enterprise Office Clare, where she works closely with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and scaling businesses to drive sustainable growth, innovation, competitiveness, and regional economic development. Throughout her career, Theresa has supported businesses across a wide range of sectors, helping them strengthen their strategic capabilities, embrace innovation, improve productivity, and prepare for future growth opportunities.
A passionate advocate for sustainable enterprise development, Theresa works with companies to embed forward-thinking practices that balance economic success with environmental and social responsibility. Her work focuses on supporting businesses to build resilience, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to changing market and regulatory demands.
Through collaboration with industry, government agencies, and key stakeholders, Theresa is committed to fostering a vibrant and sustainable business ecosystem in County Clare and beyond. Mark O'Sullivan, Co-Founder of IQUTECH, and Blocworx
IQUTECH
Mark O’Sullivan has a background in large scale Take Back & RMA Services, electronic repair, and refurbishment and in operational efficiency tracking software, working at the intersection of the circular economy and regulated industry.
Mark is Co-Founder of IQUTECH, and Blocworx a software platform operating in the RMA, and Med Tech operations management sectors. IQUTECH, a technology repair, refurbishment and lifecycle management company, won the SME category at the 2025 RDS Circular Economy Awards and was named Green Small Organisation of the Year at the 2026 Green Awards.
Mark serves as a director, trustee, and Chair of Supply Network Shannon financial sponsor of Next Level Skillnet.
A native of Co. Kerry, he has lived and worked in Limerick since 1994. Mark is married to Teresa and has three teenage girls, Sorcha, Muireann and Aoife.
Maeve Eustace, Co-founder in charge of Marketing

Maeve Sheridan is a co-founder of Western Herd Brewing Company, based in Kilmaley, Co. Clare. With a background in finance, Maeve spent several years working in Luxembourg, where she developed a deep appreciation for European beer styles, inspired by the brewing traditions of nearby Germany and Belgium. When the opportunity arose to start a brewery with her brother Michael based on their 8th generation family farm, Maeve seized the opportunity. Today, she leads the brewery’s marketing and business development, combining her commercial experience with a genuine passion for craft beer.
Ashleigh Hart, Sustainability Lead
HM&V Engineering
Ashleigh Harte is Sustainability Lead at H&MV Engineering, working across the business to advance ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, and carbon reduction initiatives. She collaborates with internal teams and supply chain partners to embed sustainability into decision-making and deliver positive environmental and social impact.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Galway, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Carbon Accounting and Life Cycle Assessment from University College Dublin (UCD). She holds a certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Politics and Policy of Climate Change and Sustainability and is currently working towards Practitioner membership with the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP).
