About the speaker:
Justin Wheatley, Energy Management Hub Engineer for ESB’s Smart Energy Services.Justin is an accomplished engineer, working in the Energy Services sector for over nine years. Since joining ESB’s Smart Energy Services team, he has assumed critical roles in energy consulting, integrating advanced analytical data techniques to drive sustainable practices. Justin has specialised in designing bespoke metering solutions, benchmarking, identification of inefficiencies, and planning for capital investment for a range of building types. He has successfully worked in partnership with Tesco Ireland on their decarbonisation journey for eight years. Most recently, Justin has been developing an AI-driven solution for smart building control, collaborating closely with specialised engineers to provide greater overall comfort for building occupants while greatly reducing the buildings carbon footprint.
