Leann Moroney is Head of Cyber at Aon Ireland, where she leads the firm’s Cyber Risk practice and helps organisations strengthen cyber resilience and manage evolving digital risks. She advises clients on cyber risk assessment and quantification, resilience, business continuity, incident response planning and cyber insurance strategy.
She has worked with organisations from service-based businesses to large manufacturers, developing tailored cyber risk programmes for current and emerging threats. Known for translating complex technical issues into practical business solutions, Leann helps clients understand, manage and transfer cyber risk across the full risk lifecycle. She is also a recognised voice on cyber risk in Ireland, regularly sharing insights on resilience, AI and the evolving threat landscape.
Niall O'Grady
The Shannon Airport Group
Niall O'Grady is Head of Information Systems at The Shannon Airport Group, where he leads the organisation's technology strategy and oversees the Information Security Programme for Shannon Airport.
With more than 20 years' experience across the manufacturing, technology and aviation sectors, Niall has held a variety of IT leadership roles focused on operational resilience, digital transformation and cyber security. Over the past three years, he has been responsible for information systems and cyber security governance at Shannon Airport, which is designated as an Operator of Essential Services under NIS and is expected to be designated an Essential Entity under NIS2.
A native of Shannon, Niall is passionate about supporting the Group's mission of building sustainable, connected and thriving communities through the operation of Shannon Airport and its commercial enterprise businesses.
George Suckling
Travelers
George Suckling is a Cyber Underwriter at Travelers with over a decade of experience in the cyber insurance market, spanning both underwriting and broking roles. Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations of varying sizes and sectors across global markets, helping businesses understand and manage the financial impact of cyber risk.
George currently manages Travelers' cyber portfolio in Ireland and applies both technical and commercial expertise to the underwriting of cyber risks. His experience provides a valuable perspective on the evolving cyber threat landscape, market trends and the role cyber insurance plays in supporting organisational resilience.
