Description

Shannon Chamber is delighted to introduce you to WiLD—an award-winning Women in Leadership Development programme (winner of the Pharma Training Awards, 2023). Created by CareerVision and Kennedy, both renowned for their impactful leadership initiatives, WiLD is shaking up the way we think about leadership development for women.

WiLD is not just another skills programme; it’s a transformative experience. It challenges stereotypes, uncovers untapped potential, and helps women step into leadership with authenticity and confidence. Through engaging case studies and powerful conversations, we dive into how societal expectations shape us—and, most importantly, how to break free and thrive.

Over 300 women have already gone through WiLD, emerging more confident, inspired, and ready to lead boldly.

We would love for you to join us on 12th February 2025 to learn more about this exciting programme and explore how it can ignite leadership transformations in your organisations.

Check out the WiLD Brochure  for more details.

Orla Gennery, Co-Creator & Facilitator of WiLD (Women in Leadership Development), CareerVision Ltd.

Orla is a Gallup Strengths Coach, an Insights Discovery Coach and facilitator with a passion for empowering women to step into leadership with confidence and authenticity. As the co-creator of WiLD (Women in Leadership Development), she helps women reconnect with their strengths, challenge limiting beliefs and embrace their leadership potential in a way that feels true to them.

Orla firmly believes that leadership isn’t just about skills—it’s about mindset, courage and self-belief. Her coaching style fosters trust and connection, allowing women to explore their own leadership journeys without fear of judgment.

She brings a different lens on leadership. Her approach acknowledges that leadership today looks very different from the past. While traditional leadership models often focused on authority, hierarchy, extraverted presence and technical expertise, Orla recognises that today’s most effective leaders demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, adaptability and inclusivity.

WiLD isn’t just a programme to Orla—it’s a journey of self-discovery she wishes every woman could experience. She is constantly inspired by the resilience, ambition and breakthroughs of the women who take part.

Her goal is simple: to help women leave WiLD feeling bolder, clearer and more in charge of their leadership journey.
