Description

Do you feel a need to reflect on your leadership values and style or improve your decision-making and delegation skills?

Would you like to explore how the best in the world do radical innovation in traditional industries?

Then this event is for you.

A number of CEOs and senior executives in Shannon companies have brought the following programme to our attention and we, in turn, would like to bring it to yours.
The Timoney Leadership Institute ( www.timoneyleadership.ie ), which is a not-for-profit organisation set up to help business leaders across Ireland and the UK challenge and transform their leadership skills, has developed an ‘Advanced Leadership Programme’ with faculty members comprising world-class professors from leading business schools, including Harvard Business School and IESE (voted No 1 for executive education by the Financial Times).

The programme is delivered over 5 months (2 days per month) and is designed to match the needs of busy senior executives. The learnings are ‘case study’ based which gives participants the opportunity to stretch their brains discussing with peer leaders issues of particular relevance to business today. The learning from this programme has been described as ‘hugely practical’ delivering ‘active learning’, forcing leaders to think differently and work at a faster pace. Participants on the programme have the opportunity to join a dynamic network of leaders across Ireland and the UK.

To learn more about this programme and hear how it might help you and your business, Shannon Chamber, in conjunction with the Timoney Leadership Institute, would like to invite you to join us for breakfast on Thursday, 10th November (7.30 am to 9.15am) where we will be also joined by a number of local entrepreneurs/business people who will outline the learnings and benefits they derived from undertaking this course of study.

Please confirm your attendance via email to hdownes@shannonchamber.ie on/before Wednesday , 9th November
