Muireann has trained over 15,000 people in entrepreneurship, innovation, business strategy and leadership. Lectured in UCD, Smurfit Business School and currently lecturing Strategic Management in the Kemmy School of Business in the University of Limerick. Muireann designs the leadership and communication programmes for ClarityCoach.ie

Hugh leads the ClarityCoach.ie team of expert trainers, delivering people development programmes to organisations across Ireland. Working with clients such as Kilsaran, Kirby Engineering, Dublin City Council and Skillnet. He works with individuals, groups and teams to help them optimize their personal and professional lives. He trained as a life and executive coach and is a certified addiction coach. He is a trained practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and accredited in using Spotlight a High Performance profiling tool and also trained in the use of Therapeutic mindfulness.
