Shannon Community Partnership is proud to have been tasked by Clare County Council with delivering the 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Shannon – Wings, Waves and Wonders an exciting opportunity to bring the town together and celebrate everything that makes Shannon a vibrant, connected and ambitious community.
Shannon Community Partnership continues to play a leading role in community development across the town, supporting social inclusion, wellbeing initiatives, cultural events and collaborative projects that strengthen Shannon for all who live and work here. Running the St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a natural extension of this work – creating a day that showcases community pride, creativity and connection.
We are now inviting Shannon Chamber members and local businesses to get involved through sponsorship, float entries, staff participation or volunteer support on the day. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to show their commitment to the town, support community spirit and be part of a high-profile event that brings families, organisations and workplaces out in force.
Together, we want to see Shannon turn out in full colour and celebration, with strong community and business participation making this a parade to be proud of.
