DESCRIPTION:\n\nTo mark World Mental Health Day\, Shannon Chamber\, in coll
 aboration with Chambers Ireland\, invites members to join a special webina
 r on Thursday 8 October exploring one of the biggest challenges facing wor
 kplaces today: supporting mental health and wellbeing at work.\n\nWe are d
 elighted to be joined by Operation Transformation’s Dr Eddie Murphy\, cl
 inical psychologist\, author\, and mental health advocate who will deliver
  a keynote address on Building Mental Fitness in a Busy Workplace. He will
  share the skills needed to navigate the pressures of modern working life 
 and to help individuals better manage stress\, build mental resilience and
  establish healthy boundaries.\n\nThe session will also introduce a free w
 orkplace mental health toolkit developed through the SME WellBusiness Char
 ter\, a free initiative from Chambers Ireland and Healthy Ireland. While t
 he toolkit provides a practical starting point\, the Charter offers a free
  year-round programme of resources\, training and support to help SMEs bui
 ld positive mental health in the workplace. With mental health challenges 
 continuing to impact absenteeism\, retention and engagement\, this session
  will help leaders and managers get started with practical guidance\, simp
 le actions and real-world insights.\n\nBring your team together to mark Wo
