 acity planning on the aviation shop floor.\n\nAt this “Lean in Action”
  session\, participants will see how Value Stream Mapping moves beyond a s
 tatic improvement exercise to become a live management tool—helping team
 s visualise workflow\, identify constraints\, and make better decisions ab
