DESCRIPTION:Join us for an engaging session hosted in partnership with Ei E
 lectronics\, exploring their lean journey with a focus on 6S and continuou
 s improvement.\n\nAt Ei Electronics\, continuous improvement is a key part
  of our culture and a fundamental driver of manufacturing excellence. Thro
 ugh a lean manufacturing approach embedded across the business since the 1
 990s\, we continuously challenge existing processes\, eliminate waste\, an
 d optimise production performance. By empowering employees to identify opp
 ortunities for improvement\, simplify workflows\, enhance standard work\, 
 and implement practical automation solutions\, Ei has created a culture wh
 ere continuous improvement is everyone's responsibility. This focus on man
 ufacturing optimisation has helped improve efficiency\, quality and operat
 ional performance across our production operations.\n\nThis workshop will 
 explore how culture\, leadership\, 6S\, and the power of small incremental
  improvements support the ongoing evolution of our manufacturing systems. 
 Participants will gain practical insights into Ei's lean journey and overa
