SUMMARY:Local Heritage Audit Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The overall aim of the project is to: make Shannon a better pla
 ce in which to live\, work and do business\; deliver a not-for-profit cent
 re\, developed and operated by the community\, for the community and\; cre
 ate a multi-functional space for creative\, civic and community activity.\
 n\nThe Shannon Venue needs your help to make this happen.\n\nShannon Chamb
 er\, for its part\, is assisting in organising a series of workshops to en
 courage and assist local community groups to become involved in the projec
 t\, and\, at the same time\, develop new skills such as website content ma
 nagement and creating videos for website.\n\nFIFTH: Local heritage audit w
 orkshop with Johny Ryan will take place in Shannon Chamber’s boardroom 
  – Unit B9\, SkyCourt Shopping Centre\, on Saturday\, 20th February.\n\
 nWe would welcome both individuals and members of local organisations invo
 lved in the arts to attend and participate in this workshop.\n\nIf you kno
 w of anyone involved in community/creative groups in Shannon Town\, Bunrat
 ty\, Sixmilebridge\, Cratloe\, or Newmarket-on-Fergus who would benefit fr
 om attending this FREE series of workshops\, please also ask them to regis
 ter their interest in participating in this development programme.\n\nThe 
 workshops will be run weekly\, commencing Wednesday\, 27th January until T
 uesday\, March 22nd covering a variety of themes.
