 etwork Conference: to help them resolve two everyday issues within their s
 chool:\n\n\n 	Streamline canteen operations\, reduce queues\, and improve 
 payment efficiency\n 	Reduce unauthorised student exits by 90%\n\nTwo comp
 anies - Berka Solutions and Cook Medical - accepted the challenge and have
  been working with the school over the past four months.\nThis event showc
 ases the results of this unique collaboration between Transition Year stud
 ents and industry leaders\, as they applied lean principles to deliver pra
 ctical\, measurable solutions.\nMore than just outcomes\, it highlights th
 e journey: collaboration\, problem-solving\, and the impact of equipping y
 oung people with real-world skills.\n\nJoin us to see how lean thinking\, 
 combined with industry expertise\, can drive meaningful change... starting
