SUMMARY:Leadership Fit For The Future Of Work
DESCRIPTION:\nLeadership is evolving. It is no longer characterised by comm
 and and control or for the elite few. It is now a more human\, interactive
 \,  and self-authoring discipline but\, what will it be in the future?\nF
 ind out at this transformative half-day session\, where you will get an ov
 erview of the complexity and uncertainty leaders need to lead in. You will
  gain:\n\n 	A better understanding of the converging and seismic challenge
 s leaders have to make sense of\, and what it takes to build sustainable a
 nd healthy businesses in this context\;\n 	An overview of the critical min
 dsets and practices leaders need to thrive in this context\; and\n 	Insigh
 ts and strategies to navigate the seismic challenges of our time.\n\n&nbsp
 \;\n\nThis half-day session will be delivered by Dr. Marianne Roux. \n\n\
 n\nMarianne has over 30 years’ experience as a Management Consultant\, H
 R Executive\, Business School Professor and Board Director. She holds a PH
 D in Leadership from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.\n\nS
 he currently runs Roux Consulting\, a leadership and transformation consul
 ting firm focusing on Strategy Facilitation\, Senior Leader\, Team and Boa
 rd development and HR and Organisational Transformation.\n\nShe teaches at
  several business schools around the world and is an associate at the IMI 
 and at Smurfit Business School.\n\nHer industry experience includes retail
 \, FMCG\, mining\, oil and gas\, public sector\, utilities\, infrastructur
 e\, media\, financial services\, telecommunications\, sport\, NFP\, health
  and pharmaceutical and tech start-ups.\n\nHer previous board roles includ
 e: The Edmund Rice Foundation Australia\, YGAP and Hagar (International an
 d Australia).\n\nMarianne has published books on 'Leadership Fit for the F
 uture of Work'\, 'Adaptive HR' and 'Knowing Your Superpowers is the Key to
  Your Success in a changing World'. She also hosts a podcast series called
  Breakthrough.\n\nShe was chosen as one of 52 Inspirational women at work 
 in South Africa in 2004\, one of 20 Female entrepreneurs by Management tod
 ay in 2011 in Australia and in 2015 she won the excellence in NFP consulti
