Colm Browne is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant. He is Tax Director at PwC in Limerick and is a Council member of the Irish Tax Institute and Chair of the South West Branch of the Irish Tax Institute which meets regularly with Revenue at local and regional level.
Gavan Ryle is a Partner in the Tax & Legal Services practice of PwC and specialises in Transfer Pricing. He leads a team of 35 who advise multinational companies on Transfer Pricing planning and focuses on structuring their international related party transactions efficiently. Gavan works with a wide range of Irish headquartered multinationals across a number of industries to assess and implement intercompany business models. He also assists foreign multinationals to set, document and defend transfer pricing policies for the transactions involving their Irish operations, with a particular focus in recent times on intellectual property, substance and control of business risks. Gavan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Irish Tax Institute.
John O’Loughlin is a Partner in PwC Dublin where he leads the Global Trade and Customs practice. With more than seventeen years’ experience in providing customs and trade advice, John has a wide knowledge of the practical application of customs and trade from his period working in industry. He holds a Degree in Business Studies and is Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). John provides support to his clients on areas associated with Global Trade and Customs in industries such as retail, pharma, aerospace and defence, software, technology, telecommunications, semi-conductor, high-tech manufacturing and media. John is a member of various industry bodies including the AmCham Export Roundtable, IBEC Trade Council and Customs Consultative Committee.
